Welcome to the Truth in Law Blog. In this series, we will take a step-by-step approach to cover the fundamentals of law. We’ll explore topics such as trusts, estates, wills and testaments, individual rights, writs, declarations, evidence, court cases, indictments, and various legal systems in use today, including warrants, summons, and different types of cases.

In addition to the blog, we will provide a summary slide presentation to help you better understand these concepts. This series is based on my 23 years of research into various legal systems, including Celtic, Far Eastern, Sumerian, Babylonian, traditional indigenous, Ancient Greek, Ancient Roman, and early Christian law under Constantine.

As we delve into the topic of law, I will also provide insights from my research and analysis of the established laws of the Parliament of England, from 1216 to the transition of Great Britain to the United Kingdom in the 20th century.

Our goal is to present this complex information in a clear and accessible manner, empowering you with a deeper understanding of the law and its evolution over time.

WHAT IS THE STRAWMAN?

Your Straw Man Is an Artificial Person

At the time of birth, each person is issued their own straw man, legally speaking. On a birth certificate, the name that appears is in all capital letters. This name is a person’s legal name. However, people often write their name using a combination of lowercase and capital letters, which is, legally speaking, a separate entity.

Even names appearing on official licenses, such as those issued for marriage, appear in all capital letters. Until the time that a person (name in lowercase letters) reclaims their straw man (the name in all capitals), the state owns the name, not the person.
